Terms of Service - PetHotelPro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PetHotelPro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PetHotelPro provides pet hotel booking, management, and operational software. Services include booking calendar, customer management, staff operations, and billing features.

3. Pricing & Payment

Base fee: $10/month
Per-booking fee: $1 per confirmed booking
Billing is automatic on the first of each month
You can cancel anytime with no penalty

4. White-Label Compliance

You agree to comply with payment processor terms (Stripe/PayPal) when connecting your own payment methods. You remain responsible for your customers' payment data.

5. Limitation of Liability

PetHotelPro is provided "as-is." We guarantee 99.9% uptime SLA. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

6. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Your data will be deleted 30 days after cancellation.
